Icing

Traditionally buttercream has been too sweet, cream in color, needs to be refrigerated.
Not with our buttercream – We sell a product called Rich N Smooth- it is vanilla flavoured, pure white and does not have to go in the fridge after whipping.
Once you have used it you will love it, come into the shop and we will give you a sample taste.

We also keep Bakels roll out icing in White, Almond and Ivory.
If you need another colour we will gladly do that for you.

'Chocolate Ganache’ is another delicious icing for your cake, you can make your own from our chocolate and Rich N Smooth recipe (ask in shop) or we have it already made for your convenience.
